The role requires inspecting facilities, coordinating maintenance, and coordinating with vendors and departments. It is a safety-sensitive civilian role with pre-employment and random drug testing, and a valid driver’s license is required.
Job Description
The Building Services Coordinator is responsible for supervising inmates to include prioritizing and assigning work: maintaining a healthy and safe work environment; and making recommendations for inmate job transfers. The incumbent will be inspecting central facilities and outlaying buildings for safety problems, cleanliness, and comfort. In addition, coordinator will be responsible for building maintenance and repairing well as researching and evaluating space requirements for employees who are redefining, relocating, or expanding their office space.

The grade for this position is B23(1). Salary will be dependent on education and experience. Effective 4/11/2023, this position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.
