Gwinnett County Government is seeking anAdministrative Support position to act as a liaison between internal and external departments, welcoming visitors and handling inquiries. The role involves maintaining the lobby, signing in guests, performing clerical tasks, and coordinating meetings for stakeholders.
The successful candidate will assist with project tracking, help disseminate communications, and support open records processing, continuing Gwinnett County’s commitment to service excellence.

Greets visitors, answers incoming calls, and provides clear, courteous assistance to both the public and internal staff. Maintains the front lobby and manages visitor sign-ins to ensure an organized and welcoming environment. Assists with project tracking and supports the division by collecting and disseminating communications and directives as required.
