Gwinnett County Government is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Division Director to oversee maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds, and custodial trades across 130+ facilities and 3.5 million square feet.

Job Description
The Operations and Maintenance Division Director is responsible for overseeing preventive, predictive, and responsive maintenance and repair operations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds, and custodial trades groups. The Operations and Maintenance Division is responsible for a diverse set of County facilities and sites to include County courthouses, administrative office facilities, fire stations, police precincts, libraries, senior centers, correctional facilities, and fuel sites, in excess of 130 facilities and 3.5 million square feet. The division is innovative and forward-thinking and is a leader in the County's environmental sustainability efforts.

Grade
The grade for this position is 205. Salary will be dependent on education and experience.
Effective 4/11/2023, this position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.
