Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a highly organised Building Safety Team Administrator to join the Property Compliance team on an 18-month fixed-term, part-time basis (30 hours per week). The role is hybrid/home-based with occasional travel and focuses on maintaining building safety and fire safety compliance across the housing portfolio.

You will provide admin support, manage records in SharePoint and compliance platforms, assist with NEC4 contracts administration, FRA processes, and coordinate

Qualifications

• Experience in property, housing, compliance, or related environment.
• Excellent organisation and ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and record keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day admin support to the Building Safety Team.
• Maintain records across systems including SharePoint and compliance platforms.
• Monitor and process compliance documents and information.
• Support management of Building safety information and Golden Thread.
• Upload, validate and quality-check compliance docs and surveys.
• Respond to inquiries from colleagues, contractors and residents.
• Prepare meeting packs, take minutes and track actions.
• Assist FRA administration and remedial works programmes.
• Assist administration of NEC4 contracts and performance monitoring.
• Conduct telephone audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and escalate potential compliance risks.
