TRACHTE BUILDING SYSTEMS in Sun Prairie, WI is seeking a pricing and orders coordinator to support Regional Sales Managers. You will prepare budgets, quotes, site plans, and manage order information using AutoCAD, Navision and CRM systems.

You will read plans, verify quantities, reflect pricing, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate proposals and timely order entry.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or higher; 1–3 years in building/construction preferred.
• Ability to read plans, understand scope, and work with quantities and pricing.
• Strong organization and customer communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Input customer info into CRM, site plan database, and sales systems.
• Identify local building codes and ensure quotes reflect requirements.
• Prepare budgets, quotes, and proposal revisions with pricing tools; verify quantities and freight.
• Create site plans for facilities using AutoCAD; create drawings and layouts.
• Enter preliminary order information into Navision for contracts and action by sales support.
• Facilitate order process by coordinating with customer and internal departments.
