Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills including algebra and geometry.
• Ability to interpret hardware templates, blueprints, and architectural or structural drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other common applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders with accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from basic stock to configured orders.
• Produce drawings for manufacturing using AutoCAD or DraftSight.
• Communicate with customers and manufacturing partners to resolve discrepancies.
• Calculate or verify pricing for custom products according to guidelines.
• Review order documentation and prepare orders for processing.
• Work in a team environment.
