Job summary

TBS Companies in Wisconsin is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back Regional Sales Managers by pricing, preparing proposals and entering orders for building projects. You will develop preliminary layouts and site plans using AutoCAD, maintain opportunity records and coordinate complete order details to quickly respond to customer requests.

The role demands strong organization, clear communication with customers and internal teams, and proficiency with Excel, CRM and Navision.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 1-3 years in building or construction industry is required.
• Ability to read plans, understand scope and work with quantities and pricing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and prioritization.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input customer information into CRM, site plan database and other sales systems.
• Identify local, county or state building codes and ensure quotes reflect requirements.
• Prepare budgets, quotes, and proposal revisions using approved pricing tools.
• Verify quantities, scope, options, adders, deducts, exclusions, and freight assumptions.
• Create site plans for new or existing facilities utilizing AutoCAD.
• Create building drawings and layouts utilizing AutoCAD.
• Enter preliminary order information into Navision ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate order process by communicating with customer and internal departments.
