Job summary

DOC, a construction management and general contracting firm, is seeking a Project Manager for Kingston, NY. You will lead day-to-day execution, controls, cost, risk, and business management of a project, coordinating internal teams, trade partners, and clients through preconstruction to turnover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field; or equivalent.
• Experience supervising teams and handling budgets and subcontractor contracts.
• OSHA 30 certification required; LEED/Lean and CPR/First Aid are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and scheduling of projects.
• Manage project finances, pay applications, and cost reporting.
• Lead buy-out, subcontracts, and procurement processes.
• Produce reports and monitor progress with the superintendent.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, owner, architects, and trades.
• Represent the company at project meetings and maintain status reports.
