Job summary

DOC is seeking a Project Manager with at least five years of construction experience to lead day-to-day execution, project controls, and client coordination on diverse projects in the Northeast and Florida. You will drive timelines, budgets, and procurement while guiding internal teams and trade partners to successful turnover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating trade partners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and drive project outcomes.
• Proficiency in scheduling and budgeting.
• Compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage planning and scheduling of projects.
• Financial management of projects; pay applications and cost oversight.
• Complete project buy-out and procurement; issue subcontracts and POs.
• Produce reports and cost/revenue projections.
• Monitor progress with the superintendent to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with preconstruction team, owner, architects, and trade partners.
• Represent the company in meetings and provide reports to partners.
• Coordinate with BIM, Scheduling, MEP, and Estimating.
• Participate in continuous improvement program.
• Lead safety goals and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform additional assignments as directed.
