Qualified candidates will have ICC Inspector certifications and experience in plan reviews and inspections for commercial and residential structures, with strong communication and independent judgment. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• ICC Inspector certifications in multiple trades preferred.
• Client and team management experience in a building department setting preferred.
• Inspection and plan review experience for commercial and residential structures required.

Responsibilities

• Meet state and local code compliance and reporting requirements.
• Apply building codes, policies, and procedures to daily operations.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients and ensure high level of customer service.
• Attend department and community meetings as required.
• Perform plan reviews for commercial and residential structures.
• Provide inspection support as needed.
