Qualificações

• ABET-accredited mechanical or architectural engineering degree with mechanical focus.
• Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam.
• 5–10 years of building design and construction experience.
• Knowledge of building mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Proven experience overseeing mechanical designs with detailed plans and specifications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, design, and commissioning of building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
• Coordinate with other disciplines and regional offices.
• Assist project managers in project delivery and scheduling.
• Follow QA/QC plans and ensure project quality.
• Travel to project sites as required.
