Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in mechanical or architectural engineering with mechanical focus.
• Minimum of 3 years of building design and construction industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles for building systems.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical designs for building HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Contribute to energy modeling and sustainability reporting for projects.
• Coordinate with support disciplines and regional offices on project delivery.
• Assist project managers with project management tasks and QA/QC adherence.
• Travel to project sites as required and maintain project documentation.
