Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in mechanical or architectural engineering.
• Pass the Fundamentals of Engineering exam.
• 5–10 years of building design experience.
• Strong knowledge of building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
• Proven experience overseeing mechanical designs with detailed plans.

Responsibilities
