Job summary

Lowe’s Customer Service Associate position in Paducah, KY welcomes customers and helps them find the right products and services for home improvement needs. You’ll engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.

The role involves assisting with merchandise, stocking, and supporting multiple departments to deliver excellent service and meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
