This role emphasizes friendly service, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, and adherence to safety guidelines while assisting customers with their home improvement needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by monitoring shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department to meet customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
