Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement solutions.

You will assist with product location, stock replenishment, and processing orders with accuracy, while supporting multiple departments as needed. Applicants should have at least 6 months of computer and retail tech experience, good math and communication skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and inputting information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical duties including lifting up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut materials)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
