Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will welcome customers, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met while supporting various departments across the store.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer with inputting, accessing, modifying information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
