Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, help them locate products, and provide solutions for home improvement needs. You will interact with shoppers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure merchandise is well-organized and accessible.

Daily duties include assisting customers, stocking shelves, processing orders, and potentially supporting multiple departments to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting and retrieving information.
• 6 months experience with retail devices like smartphones and tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform job duties
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted; more with help

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by filling empty shelf areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup/delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
