Responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities and coordinate operations.

• Set operating goals and develop work schedules to meet them.
• Review sales reports, expenses, labor costs and attendance data.
• Oversee equipment usage and schedule maintenance accordingly.
• Control costs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Lead personnel management tasks including hiring, training, evaluations and wage recommendations.
• Coordinate workflow between departments and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Assist in budget preparation and track variances against budget.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance as per policy.
