Qualifications

• Prior selling experience in building materials required.
• Basic knowledge of home building and construction processes.
• Detail oriented with strong communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tech-savvy with smartphones and computers.

Responsibilities

• Perform building material take-offs and provide quotes.
• Compile lists of prospective customers and follow up on permits.
• Travel regularly to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Display or demonstrate products to customers.
• Coordinate with shipping and customers on delivery timing.
• Keep accounts updated with Sales Coordinator and specify invoice details.
• Investigate and resolve delivery-related customer problems.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
