This Outside Sales role focuses on prospecting, growing product sales, and maintaining productive accounts while presenting a professional image.

The position offers a full-time schedule, with a compensation range of $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year, plus bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintain a successful track record selling building materials to contractors.
• Demonstrate and practice excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possesses strong math skills.
• Possesses strong computer skills.
• The ability to manage one's time effectively with little supervision.
• Possesses strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Maintain a current and valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new accounts through cold calling, providing leads, and networking.
• Meet and exceed pre-determined sales goals.
• Maintain existing customer base with excellent customer service.
• Understand and advise customers on the products and services that SPEC Building Materials offers.
• Maintain good relationships with our valued vendors.
