SPEC Building Materials Corporation is a leading wholesale distributor of building materials for roofing contractors, serving the Midwest, the South and southeastern regions. This Outside Sales role focuses on prospecting, growing product sales, and maintaining productive accounts while presenting a professional image.

The position offers a full-time schedule, with a compensation range of $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year, plus bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintain a successful track record selling building materials to contractors.
• Demonstrate and practice excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possesses strong math skills.
• Possesses strong computer skills.
• The ability to manage one's time effectively with little supervision.
• Possesses strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Maintain a current and valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting for new accounts through cold calling, providing leads, and networking.
• Meet and exceed pre-determined sales goals.
• Maintain existing customer base with excellent customer service.
• Understand and advise customers on the products and services that SPEC Building Materials offers.
• Maintain good relationships with our valued vendors.
