The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and strong communication. In-person work, Monday to Friday, with competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling building materials to contractors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong math, computer skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new accounts through cold calling, providing leads, and networking.
• Meet and exceed pre-determined sales goals.
• Maintain existing customer base with excellent customer service.
• Understand and advise customers on SPEC Building Materials products and services.
• Maintain relationships with vendors.
