Job summary

Wisconsin Building Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Wisconsin to assist with new and existing customer sales and provide product support to the outside sales team. You will prepare quotes, confirm product specifications, and help coordinate deliveries and installations.

You will respond to inquiries about price, availability, and application, process orders, track back orders, and maintain stock levels. Strong communication and building-materials knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in building material industry.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about product selection, pricing, and delivery.
• Enter orders and coordinate with outside sales and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Assist with pricing, quotes, and special orders.
• Build professional relationships with customers and resolve issues.
