Job summary

Arizona Building Supply, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist with new and existing customer sales and provide product support to outside sales representatives. The role includes quotes, product information, and coordinating deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

They require a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years in the building material industry, plus inside sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in building material industry with basic product knowledge.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to operate computer, calculator and cash register.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices, quotations, complaints, and deliveries.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter work orders, credit returns, returns authorizations, pick tickets, and service requests; file paperwork accordingly.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; obtain pricing/specifications/availability.
• Manage project schedules by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites, and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Resolve back orders and billing problems; compile data for closing.
