This position is responsible for :

Performs routine repairs and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• performs routine groundskeeping work to ensure the beautification of the landscape; performs minor plumbing and carpentry repair work; regularly cleans building and sanitizes as necessary.
• Sweeps, vacuums, strips, mops and waxes floors; sweeps sidewalks.
• Assembles and moves office furniture including chairs, desks, tables, bulletin boards, etc. Monitors activities and visitors of building and grounds to ensure security.

What We Are Looking For In You

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• and
• Two years of experience in handling minor building and maintenance repairs and good skill in the use of hand and power tools,
• or
• any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Licenses and Certifications :

• Valid State Driver’s License is required for this position.
