Position Overview

This role is ideal for a rugged individual who enjoys working outdoors, doesn't mind getting dirty, and likes working with their hands.

Responsibilities

1. Follow Field Maintenance procedures and design standards
2. Collect and log pump count data in systems
3. Troubleshoot pneumatic well pump operations
4. Clean and repair pneumatic well pumps
5. Install pneumatic well pumps
6. Perform well sounding activities
7. Assist the team with general field operations
8. Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
9. Understand and troubleshoot field processes
10. Understand GCCS components and read field maps
11. Perform pump round duties safely
12. Operate heavy equipment safely
13. Follow Construction Safety standards
14. Adhere to company mission and values
15. Complete end-of-day detailed reporting
16. Maintain and perform general maintenance on heavy equipment
17. Maintain and update
