You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Performs a wide variety of general and semi-skilled tasks such as carpentry, flooring, gutters, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical. • Ensures all repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. • Demonstrates superior customer service. • Ability to identify, diagnose, and fix a variety of maintenance issues and notify management when a licensed professional is needed. • Loading and unloading building materials and tools. • Being compliant with all health and safety regulations. • Following instructions and completing work orders online. Qualifications: • High school diploma/GED or equivalent • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • 2 years of experience in repairs and maintenance preferred. • Skilled in maintenance activities such as carpentry, flooring, gutters, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical. • Ability to work independently and with other team members. • Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues. • Desire to provide excellent customer service. • A sense of pride in your work. • Ability to communicate well with people. • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. • Physical requirements include a frequent need to lift and carry heavy objects. • Part of the on-call rotation. • Must have own tools. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
