Responsibilities

Put your construction skills to use as a Property Maintenance Technician at Genesis. Your primary focus is ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients and residents by maintaining a well-kept and appealing facility and grounds. Specific duties include:

• Maintain, alter, and repair items such as windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, interior and exterior building lighting, fire alarms, extinguishers, security systems, and plumbing systems.
• Calibrate and reprogram thermostats, change filters, and perform preventative maintenance on HVACR equipment.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Estimate costs and solicit bids for maintenance and capital projects.
• Operate the TELS platform for all Life Safety, regulatory, and daily tasks.
• Create work logs as required.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Building maintenance and repair skills are also necessary.

Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 per hour.
