Responsibilities

Put your construction skills to use as a Property Maintenance Technician at Genesis. Your primary focus is ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients and residents by maintaining an appealing and well-functioning facility and grounds. Specific duties include:

1. Maintain, alter, and repair items such as windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, electrical systems, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, building lighting, fire alarms, extinguishers, security systems, and plumbing systems.
2. Calibrate and reprogram thermostats, change filters, and perform preventative maintenance on HVACR equipment.
3. Keep all tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
4. Estimate costs and solicit bids for maintenance and capital projects.
5. Operate on the TELS platform for all life safety, regulatory, and daily tasks.
6. Create and maintain work logs as required.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required. Building maintenance and repair skills are also necessary.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 per hour
