• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.

Our client, a leader in building management and maintenance services, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting the Maintenance Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay Range: $28-$31/hr.

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, change filters, belts, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner

What's Needed?
