Qualifications

• Experience with office software and general equipment used in facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building structures, HVAC, electrical, and water systems.
• Execute preventative maintenance and building inspections; manage work orders and purchases.
• Inspect projects, order materials, and ensure safety and quality of work.
• Read blueprints and schematics; operate power/hand tools and equipment.
• Train and guide co-workers; communicate with customers and vendors.
