Job summary

Pima County is hiring a Trades Maintenance Specialist I to perform skilled tasks related to the maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires two years of journey-level experience in building maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical.

The successful candidate will conduct inspections, maintain detailed records, and manage hazardous materials. A valid Arizona driver license is required at the time of appointment, along with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Two years of journey-level experience in building maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical.
• Experience with Pima County in a Trades Maintenance Apprentice position is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled analysis, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
• Lead fabrication and modifications of equipment based on instructions.
