Job summary

CBRE is offering a Maintenance Technician Apprentice program in Texas. This is a full-time permanent role with a structured 1-year training program designed to develop basic preventive maintenance and repair skills.

• Ability to read and interpret instructions and memos; write routine reports as needed.
• Digital literacy including work order systems, email, ESS, and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Attend training and mentorship activities and perform general labor as assigned.
• Assist with fixing and repairing building systems under supervision (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Maintain property cleanliness and organization across spaces.
• Support office moves and access by handling moving crates, furniture, keys, and nameplates.
