Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CT D2/S2 license preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of operating building systems and strong leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proven troubleshooting ability in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing areas.
• Familiar with Building Automation System and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain MEP and HVAC equipment per standards.
• Lead crew, schedule work, and coordinate external contractors.
• Participate in fire life-safety tasks and emergency procedures.
• Maintain logs, prepare reports, and track work orders to reduce callbacks.
• Assist long-term planning, budgeting, and training for staff.
