Job Details:

This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled building maintenance and repairs, and landscaping tasks, while maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Collect and dispose of trash; empty trash receptacles; mow and maintain grass areas; rake leaves; and perform routine maintenance on mowers and other lawn equipment.
• Perform landscaping duties, including trimming hedges, maintaining shrubbery, planting flowers, and trimming trees.
• Remove snow from sidewalks, apply salt as needed, perform general maintenance on grounds equipment, and safely operate basic yard tools and lawn equipment.
• Perform painting duties at elevated heights using ladders and lifts, and complete other duties as assigned.
• Clean the Feed Mill and assist with routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Other duties assigned by manager.

Requirements:
