Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and assets while upholding safety and Tyson policies.

The role requires hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and fabrication knowledge, with responsibilities including inventory control and parts handling in the maintenance shop. All shifts are available, and candidates must have at least 6 months of maintenance/refrigeration experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and assets, adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

• Manage inventory control in the maintenance shop and handle receiving and storing parts and supplies.

Job Details

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Mechanically inclined, knowledge about hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and fabrication preferred.

Responsible for inventory control in the maintenance shop, as well as receiving and storing parts, maintenance supplies, and miscellaneous receivers while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must have at least 6 months prior experience in maintenance and/or refrigeration,
• High School Diploma or GED
• 180 day waiting period for rehire with maximum of 3X
