Facilities Buildings & Groundskeeper: This role, directed by or assisting higher-level mechanics/supervisors, performs unskilled maintenance of equipment and the hospital's physical plant. Candidates must have at least 1 year of outdoor work experience in various temperature conditions.

Hours: Full-time (40 hours), rotating shifts, weekend work required

Location: Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, 4940 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License (verifiable through the Motor Vehicle Administration)
• Over 1 year of general maintenance experience, including power/manual equipment for lawn and snow/ice removal
• Basic knowledge of building and grounds maintenance techniques, procedures, and materials
• Knowledge of safety rules and practices, including OSHA standards
