As a Closing Officer, you will manage customer settlements, assist with processing customer files, and contribute to our business success by leading customer service and customer capture efforts at the branch.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contact customers to discuss our services and earn their settlement business
• Educate customers on the benefits of owners title insurance
• Monitor and conduct settlements, review transactions and documents, and gather signatures
• Create and manage customer service initiatives and report to branch/operations managers
• Meet quarterly with builder sales representatives to provide training and information

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Experience with settlements or relevant industry preferred
• Must obtain a Notary Commission and Title Insurance License
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
