• At least 1 year of outdoor work experience in various weather conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience in general maintenance, including lawn care.

Details

• Hours: Full-time (40 hours), rotating shifts, weekends required
• Location: Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, 4940 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Over 1 year of general maintenance experience, including lawn and snow/ice removal equipment
• Basic knowledge of building and grounds maintenance techniques
• Understanding of safety procedures per OSHA standards
