You will assess envelope systems, apply forensic analysis, collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors, and prepare detailed client reports.

Qualifications

• Background in Architecture or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in building envelope and forensics services.
• Strong technical knowledge in building envelope systems and materials.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and inspections of building envelope systems.
• Provide technical expertise on forensic investigations and failure analysis.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop effective solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients.
• Support project delivery from assessment through resolution.
