Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering with 5+ years in building envelope consulting.
• Proven forensic investigation skills and ability to diagnose envelope failures.
• Experience reviewing construction documents for code compliance and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic investigations of building envelope failures (waterproofing, roofing, glazing).
• Review construction documents with architects for code and specs compliance.
• Conduct on-site tests such as water spray tests and air barrier assessments.
• Provide QA oversight to ensure proper installation and industry standards.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to prevent future failures.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise.
