Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Senior Facilities Professional in San Antonio, Texas to support our Building Envelope Consulting team. This role involves leading forensic investigations to diagnose failures in waterproofing, roofing, cladding, and glazing systems. You will collaborate with architects and General Contractors, conduct diagnostic tests, and provide quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience and knowledge of building envelope systems. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building envelope consulting.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic procedures including water spray tests.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
