Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 5–10 years of building envelope project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• California licensure: Architect or PE required.
• Strong ability to read architectural drawings and interpret details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent document/presentation software.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex building envelope projects from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule with Project Managers.
• Prepare detailed reports and supporting drawings or sketches.
• Coordinate with clients, CM, subs, and design consultants.
• Mentor field services staff and oversee site visits and reporting.
• Assist in proposals, new business development, and industry outreach.
