This role delivers technical oversight, project management, staff leadership, and strong client development to advance building envelope services across the Mid-Atlantic region. The Division Manager will supervise inspectors and consultants, coordinate specialized testing subcontractors, and guide teams through

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Science required.
• Advanced degree preferred for leadership roles and growth of the division.
• Ten years of progressive experience in building envelope consulting, inspection, testing, or enclosure commissioning preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide technical oversight for building envelope consulting, inspection, and testing projects.
• Manage multiple projects from proposal to closeout with budgets and staffing.
• Coordinate testing programs (air infiltration, water penetration, enclosure testing) and oversee subcontractors.
• Recruit, train, and mentor building envelope personnel; set division goals and growth strategies.
• Manage division profitability, utilization, backlog, and revenue targets.
