Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with a degree in architecture, engineering, or building sciences and a background providing services on residential and commercial projects.
• Professional registration is preferred, but not required.
• IIBEC designation as an RRO, REWO, RRC, RWC, REWC or similar certification or experience.
• ABAA certification or related credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building envelope diagnostics, including moisture intrusion and fenestration/façade testing.
• Assist with design/construction documents for roof replacement and enclosure refurbishment.
• Develop scopes of service, budgets, proposals, and client presentations.
• Lead or participate in building enclosure projects and project management tasks.
