HDR is seeking a seasoned BES Regional Business Group Director to lead the Southeast regional Building Engineering Services. This role oversees a multi-state area, guiding business development, staffing, quality, and strategic initiatives in partnership with Market Sector leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or closely related field.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams.
• Collaborates with regional directors and managers.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture and HDR values.
• Strong business skills and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the regional BES program and staffing alignment.
• Drive P&L performance for the region.
• Coordinate with Market Sector and leadership to advance BG strategies.
• Mentor Area Business Group Managers.
• Support risk management and project health reviews.
• Lead recruiting and strategic hires in the region.
