Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with two years of trades schooling in electrical, refrigeration and HVAC.
• U.S. Citizenship and valid driver's license.
• Universal Technician certification for CFCs (R-22/R-134a).
• 4+ years of related work experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing maintenance.
• 2+ years using CMMS/PM software and Building Automation Systems with BAS monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform preventive maintenance on HVACR, electrical, plumbing and doors.
• Analyze BAS drawings, schematics, pressure readings and airflow to identify root causes.
• Execute preventive maintenance for HVACR and chiller systems with proper tools and materials.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Maintain electrical systems including power distribution and lighting, with safety compliance.
