Responsibilities:
  1. Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems, ensuring systems meet applicable standards.
  2. Follow all relevant codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
  3. Maintain an energy management program to ensure efficient operation of all systems.
  4. Assist with implementing preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and perform emergency repairs as needed.
  5. Review inspections of building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to ensure proper operation within design specifications.
  6. Apply in-depth knowledge and provide innovative solutions for complex assignments.
  7. Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across disciplines.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with 4-5 years of related experience; trade school diploma or combination of experience and education considered. Universal CFC certification preferred. Additional certifications/licenses may be required by local or state authorities.
  • Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry loads over 50 lbs.
  • Strong math skills, capable of performing calculations involving percentages, fractions, and financial figures.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
