Qualifications

• High school education.
• Advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, roofing, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to ensure operation meets design specs.
• Perform day-to-day repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventive maintenance on assigned properties.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Receive and complete work orders for corrective repairs in a timely manner.
• Oversee and inspect work by outside contractors.
• Maintain lighting systems and replace bulbs as needed.
• Order materials to complete repairs within set budgets.
