You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related trades, coordinate with the property management team, and ensure a safe, efficient environment for tenants and visitors. Qualifications

• 3–5 years maintaining equipment and systems in commercial buildings.
• Demonstrated high-level mechanical skills with HVAC equipment.
• Experience operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, installing and repairing equipment.
• Basic tech skills for work order apps and Building Automation Systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and systems inspections and modify building systems as needed.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance requests professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors to complete contracted work orders.
• Maintain records, reports, and evaluations with recommendations.
• Identify and help order parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Manage Building Management System (BMS)/Energy Management System (EMS).
